糖尿病患者血清和红细胞微量元素含量与糖代谢的关系

摘　　要：通过对６０例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者和４０例健康对照者血浆葡萄糖、血浆胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白，血清和红细胞中锌、钙、镁的检测发现，糖尿病组与对照组比较，血清钦和红细胞镁、锌较低，红细胞钙较高，且这些微量元素的变化与血浆葡萄糖、血浆胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白等相关．The zinc, calcium and magnesium levels in serum and erythrocyte of 60 diabetic and 40 healthy control subjects were determined. The concentrations of plasma glucose,insulin and glycosylated hemoglobin were also examined. The results reveal the magnesium and zinc levels are lower in diabetic than those in the control subjects, while the calcium level is higher. Furthermore,it is found that the levels of trace elements of diabetic are correlated to plasma glucose, insulin and glycosylated hemoglobin.
