布地奈德/福莫特罗联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗儿童中度持续性哮喘疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察布地奈德/福莫特罗联合氨溴索治疗儿童中度持续性哮喘的疗效。方法将80例中度哮喘患儿予布地奈德/福莫特罗粉剂联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗3个月,治疗前后分别进行临床症状评分,肺功能检测并观察不良反应。结果 80例患儿治疗后临床症状和肺功能均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),不良反应为声嘶、咽部不适。结论布地奈德/福莫特罗联合氨溴素治疗儿童中度持续性哮喘疗效和安全性较好。Objective To investigate efficacy of Budesonide/Formoterol combinedwith nebulized Ambroxol inhalation intreatment of children with moderate asthma.Methods 80 children with moderate asthma were treated with Budesonide/Formoterol combined with nebulized Ambroxol inhalation for 3 months.Analysis on clinical symptom scores,pulmonary function measurements and adverse effects were made pre and post-treatment.Results Comparing with observations before treatment,there were significant improvements（P0.05） in clinical symptoms and pulmonary function.Some adverse effects were observed including hoarseness and pharyngeal discomfort.Conclusion Budesonide/Formoterol combined with nebulized Ambroxol inhalation is effective and safe intreatment of children with moderate asthma.
