摘　　要：目的促进抗肿瘤药的合理使用,为临床提供用药参考。方法回顾、分析和总结本院肿瘤化疗药用药医嘱及PIVAS各岗位规范操作。结果开展PIVAS后逐步完善、规范使用肿瘤化疗药。结论合理使用抗肿瘤药对提高患者生活质量及存活率具有重要意义。Objective To promote the rational use of antineoplastic agents,to provide clinical drug reference.Methods Review,analysis and summarize the tumor chemotherapy medicinal drugs prescribed and PIVAS post operation.Results Carry out PIVAS gradually improve,standardize the use of tumor chemotherapy medicine.Conclusion Rational use of antineoplastic agents to improve patients＇ quality of life and survival rate to have the vital significance.
