摘　　要：目的通过对某医院1326名围生期女性SCL-90检测,分析围生期女性普遍存在的心理问题,为产妇心理知识的普及和建立心理疏导,确保产妇心理健康提出理论根据。方法对住院的产妇进行SCL-90量表自测,其结果与全国常模比较。结果产妇在围生期的心理应激水平比其他时期高,初产妇除焦虑、抑郁外因子分值比经产妇高。高龄产妇的心理压力更大,所承受的各方面的高危因素更大。结论围生期给予适当心理干预,提高产妇心理预激,确保产妇心理健康,对降低围生期并发症,保证分娩过程的顺利进行和新生儿健康意义重大。Objective According to a hospital 1326 perinatal women SCL-90 detection,analysis of perinatal women with psychological problems,maternal psychological knowledge popularization and the establishment of psychological counseling,to ensure that the maternal mental health theory is presented according to the.Methods In the maternal SCL-90 scale self testing,and the results compared with national norm.Methods In the maternal SCL-90 scale self testing,and the results compared with national norm.Results Maternal perinatal psychological stress levels than other periods of high,except for anxiety,depression in primipara and multipara factor scores than high.Advanced maternal age psychological pressure was greater,the greater the risk factors.Conclusion During the appropriate psychological intervention,improving maternal psychosocial preexcitation,ensure maternal mental health,to reduce perinatal complications,ensure the delivery process smoothly and neonatal health significance.
