摘  要:对铸态及电解充氢试样做对比试验后证实,中硅耐热球铁在铸造状态下能固溶一定数量的氢. 氢在石墨/基体界面处明显聚集,降低界面结合能,引发脆性裂纹.拉伸断口亦有明显的氢脆特征.以 上表明。The had done conrtast experiments between the specimen which was electrolyaed and filled with hydrogen and specimen which was during foundry, show that medium silicon heat resistant nodular cast iron can solute the number of hydrogen which enriches in the interface of graphitic/ metal matrix, therefore, decreases the binding energy of interface, and leads to brittle crackle. The tensile fracture surface has obviously character istic of hydrogen brittle. The results show that crackle root of medium silicon heat resistant nodular cast iron is the interface of graphtec/metal matrix.
