摘  要:将旋转离心力的作用引入k -ε湍流双方程模型中 ,在平展流内的强旋有回流区采用轴对称的圆柱坐标 ,其他区域采用直角坐标的组合坐标系统 ,有效地解决了对平展流燃烧流场的数值模拟。数值模拟结果得出 ,旋流数愈大愈有利于稳定平展流的形成 ,而消耗的动力愈大 ;喇叭口曲率半径的增大亦有利于稳定平展流的形成 ,但燃烧器烧嘴砖厚度亦增大。提出在设计平展流燃烧器时 ,旋流强度取1.2~ 2 .0 ,扩散喷口曲率半径取 (0 .8~ 1.5)D0The action of rotation centrifugation is introduced in the k ε two equations model.Numerical simulation of the flow field on open and flat flow combustion is validly resolved by combination rθz axisymmetrical cylinder coordinates,which is adopted within open and flat flow with the strong whirlpool,with xyz rectangular coordinate,which is employed within the other.The simulating computation results,revealed that the greater the rotating intensity the more beneficial steady open and flat flow formed,yet the greater power consumed.The curvature radius of divergent nozzle increased is also advantageous to the steady open and flat flow formed,however,the thickness of nozzle is increased too.Therefore,the reasonable rotating intensity and the curvature radius put forward are respectively 1.2~2.0and (0.8~1.5) D 0 which the open and flat flow burner is designed.
