摘  要:以广东电网公司湛江东海供电局2例10 kV架空绝缘导线雷击断线事故为例,结合现场实际情况对事故原因进行理论分析,认为雷电感应过电压的破坏是事故的主要原因,提出及时切断雷电流引起的工频持续电流是防止配电网架空绝缘导线雷击断线的根本方法,给出4种技术解决方案———安装穿刺型防弧金具、放电箝位柱式复合绝缘子、环形电极式复合外套带间隙金属氧化物避雷器和可调式间隙防雷装置,并分析其优缺点,指出这4种方案都能取得较好的防雷效果。By examples of two broke line accidents caused by lightning stroke of 10 kV overhead insulated conductor in Zhan- jiang Donghai power supply bureau of Guangdong power grid, this paper considers damage of lightning induction over volt- age to be the main reason for the accident by combining locale physical truth. It presents the basic method for preventing broken line caused by lightning stroke of overhead insulated conductor is to cut off power frequency sustained current caused by lightning current and provides four technical solutions including installing puncture type arc-protection hardware, dis- charged clamp column type composite insulator, metal oxide arrester of ring electrode type with composite outer with clear- ance and adjustable clearance lightning protection device. It analyzes merits and demerits of these solutions and points out that these four schemes are of good effectiveness in lightning protection.
