川杏合剂止咳化痰作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究川杏合剂的止咳、化痰作用。方法:各取动物50只,随机分为5组:空白对照组(ig给予生理盐水),阳性对照组(ig给予蛇胆川贝枇杷膏),川杏合剂低剂量、中剂量及高剂量给药组。分别采用小鼠二氧化硫法和氨水引咳法,对川杏合剂的止咳作用进行研究。同此法分组、给药,采用小鼠气管段酚红排泌量法和大鼠排痰量法对川杏合剂的化痰作用进行研究。结果:与空白组相比,川杏合剂能明显抑制由二氧化硫和氨水引起的小鼠咳嗽潜伏期和3 min内的咳嗽次数(P<0.05);能显著提高小鼠气管段酚红排泌量(P<0.05),提高大鼠给药后气管段的痰平均分泌量(P<0.05)。结论:川杏合剂具有较强的止咳化痰作用。Objective：To observe the cough relieving and sputum elimination effects of Chuanxing mixtures.Method：Totally 50 mice and rats with half male and half female were randomly divided into 5 groups,the blank control group（normal saline by ig.）,.the positive control group（Shedan Chuanbei ointments by ig.）,and the low,medium and high dose group（Chuanxing mixtures by ig.）. Sulfur dioxide and ammonia water were respectively used to cause cough in mice and the relieving effect of Chuanxing mixtures was observed. The sputum elimination effect of the mixtures was studied by the observation of tracheal phenol red shedding in mice and sputum excretion in rats.Result：Compared with the blank group,Chuanxing mixtures could significantly inhibit the incubation period and cough frequency in 3min of the model mice induced by SO_2 and ammonia（P 0.05）,and notably improve the tracheal phenol red excretion volume in mice（P 0.05 ） and the average tracheal phlegm secretion in rats（P 0.05 ）.Conclusion：Chuanxing mixtures show significant effects of cough relieving and sputum elimination.
