摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定复方曲肽注射液中单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂(GM1)含量。方法:采用氨基键合硅胶色谱柱(Merck LiChoCART 250-4),流动相A为乙腈-四氢呋喃(85:15),B为0.1 mol·L^(-1)磷酸,梯度洗脱。结果:GM1的线性范围为0.5～10μg·ml^(-1),r=0.999 99。平均回收率99.1%,RSD=0.92%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于对该产品的质量控制。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of ganglioside in compound troxerutin and poreine cerebroside injections.Method：The determination was performed on a Merck LiChoCART 250-4 column with gradient elution of acetonitrile -tetrahydrofuran（85：15 ）（A） and 0.1 mol · L^（-1） phosphoric acid（B） at the flow rate of 1.0 ml ·min^（-1）.The detection wavelength was 214 nm.Result：The linear range of ganglioside was 0.5-10μg · ml^（-1）（r =0.999 99）.The average recovery was 99.1%with RSD of 0.92%.Conclusion：The method is simple,reliable and accurate,and can be applied in the quality control of the preparation.
