摘　　要：目的:建立复方脑肽节苷酯注射液生物活性测定方法。方法:采用微量呼吸检压仪测定呼吸活性并计算刺激因子。结果:复方脑肽节苷酯注射液具有较强的活力,呼吸活性≥4.0μl O_2(mg·h)^(-1),刺激指数(SI)≥2.0。结论:该法操作简单,结果准确,可以很好地控制产品质量.Objective：To study the biological activity of compound porcine cerebroside and ganglioside injections.Method：The respiratory activity of the injections was determined by a micro -respirometer,and the potency（QO_2 and SI） was calculated.Result： Compound porcine cerebroside and ganglioside injections had the biological activity with the respiration activity QO_2≥4.0 ui O_2（mg · h）^（-1） and the stimulation index（SI）≥2.0.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate,and feasible to control the quality of the preparations.
