摘　　要：目的:建立以HPLC法测定固肾调经片中芍药苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱COSMOSIL C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(14:86),流速1.0ml·min^(-1),柱温30℃,检测波长230nm。结果:芍药苷在0.020 2～0.4040mg·ml^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9(n=6),平均加样回收率为99.67%,RSD=0.72%。结论:本法操作简便,重复性好。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Gushen Tiaojing tablets.Method： Paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC with a COSMOSIL C_（18） column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）.Acetonitrile-0.05 phosphate（14： 86） was applied as the mobile phase with the detection wavelength of 230 nm,the flow rate of 1.0 ml · min＂ and the column temperature of 30℃.Result：The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.020 2-0.404 0 mg · ml^（-1）（r = 0.999 9,n = 6）.The average recovery was 99.67%with RSD of 0.72%.Conclusion：The method is simple with good reproducibility.
