摘　　要：结合高校科研质量管理体系运行管理实践,分析了质量管理体系持续改进的标准要求和实施策略,针对高校科研质量管理体系运行的特点,总结提出了高校科研质量管理体系中实施和评价持续改进的途径和具体措施,旨在新形势下改进和完善高校科研管理工作,提高高校科研质量管理体系运行的有效性。Based on the practice of Quality Management Systems of Research in University, continual improve- ment applying to the Quality Management System of Science Research was studied. ]n this paper, the weakness and characters of the Science Research Quality Management System running in Universities were summarized. In order to reforming and improving of the management of the science research projects, and improving the effectiveness of Science Research Quality Management System in University, the applying ways and implementation strategy of con- tinual improvement to the Science Research Quality Management System in Universities were summarized and put forward.
