摘  要:利用体内荷腹水瘤模型 ,采用中性红吞噬法、染料释放法、Griess法和放射性释放法研究白桦树皮提取物 ( Extraction of Betula Platyphylla,EBP)在体内抗腹水型 S1 80和艾氏腹水癌以及对腹腔巨噬细胞功能的影响 .结果表明 ,EBP可明显延长荷腹水型 S1 80和艾氏腹水癌小鼠的生存期 ;巨噬细胞吞噬功能及分泌肿瘤坏死因子 ( TNF)和一氧化氮的功能明显增强 ,其细胞毒活性亦明显增加 ( p<0 .0 5)To study the antitumor activity on ascites tumor (Sarcoma180 and Ehrlich ascites cancer) and the effect on the macrophages of the extraction from Betula Plaryphylla (EBP), the antitumor activity of EBP was determined on the mice with tranplantable tumors; the phagocytosis of the macrophages was measured by means of phagocytizing natural red; TNF activity and NO concentration were detected by dye (Natural red) release and Griess method respectively; the cytotoxicity of the macrophages was determinded by 3H TdR release. EBP could significantly prolong the survival period of the mice with ascites tumor. The phagocytosis and the cytotoxicity of the macrophages were significantly enhanced after treated with EBP. TNF and NO concentration produced by the macrophages were also increased. EBP shows a potent inhibition effect on ascites tumor growth. The macrophages activated by EBP is one of the antitumor mechanisms.
