摘 要:用三维荧光光谱法对葵花籽油中掺入少量地沟油进行了检测.结果表明,当加入地沟油的体积分数φ>10%时,在λex=310nm,λem=345nm处,葵花籽油相对荧光强度I由7 673迅速下降至3 555,与新鲜葵花籽油相比,荧光强度下降了4 118,由此可作为葵花籽油中是否掺入地沟油的判据.该方法灵敏、稳定,适合于葵花籽油中掺杂少量地沟油的测定.The three-dimensional fluorescence spectrometry was successfully used to detect a spot of hogwash oil mixed in sunflower seed oil. Experiment results showed that the fluorescence intensity decreased from 7 673 to 3 555 in λex= 310 nm and λem= 345 nm respectively, when adding more than 10% of hogwash oil in fresh oil. The fluorescence intensity decreased nearly 4 118, which could be used as a criterion to verdict whether a fresh sunflower seed oil mixed with hogwash oil or not. This method is relatively sensitive, stable and suitable for detection of little hogwash oil mixed with fresh sunflower seed oil.
