摘  要:为探讨实验用手套对原子吸收分光光度法(AAS)检测Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Fe的影响,检测了去离子水与试剂空白中5种元素含量。浸泡医用橡胶手套与一次性PE(塑料)手套24 h,检测浸泡液中的5种元素含量。将50份样本分两管,分别戴橡胶和PE手套稀释、检测样本,比较两者的差异。结果表明,去离子水与试剂空白5种元素差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),橡胶手套浸泡液中5种元素含量明显高于PE手套和去离子水(P=0.000),而后两者之间没有差异(P>0.05)。戴橡胶手套与戴PE手套操作的标本相比,Zn、Ca、Mg、Fe的浓度明显升高(P<0.05),Cu的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。橡胶手套对Zn、Ca、Mg、Fe的检测影响较大,操作中应避免戴橡胶手套而用一次性的PE手套。To evaluate the influence of gloves on atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS) to detect the levels of copper(Cu),zinc(Zn),calcium(Ca),magnesium(Mg),iron(Fe),based on the method of AAS,the content of Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg,Fe was tested under below conditions: reagent blank and deionized water,the soak fluid of rubber gloves and PE gloves,50 blood samples were detected when in the course of operation wore rubber gloves and PE gloves respectively.The result showed that the concentrations of Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg,Fe were no statistical difference between reagent blank and deionized water(P>0.05).The levels of five elements in the rubber gloves soak were significantly higher than that of the PE gloves soak or deionized water(P=0.000),but there was no difference between PE gloves soak and deionized water(P>0.05).Compared with wore PE gloves,when wore rubber gloves the levels of Zn,Ca,Mg,Fe were significantly increased(P=0.000),but the levels of Cu has no change(P>0.05).It concludes:rubber gloves have significant influence on the results,should avoid to use rubber gloves but PE gloves in the course of examination.
