摘 要:在合成和表征不同类型的聚苯硫醚树脂的基础上 ,对不同类型 PPS的流变行为以及各类 PPS的结晶度及热历程对不同结构类型 PPS的结晶度的影响进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,各种聚苯硫醚树脂在相同条件下的流变性能有所不同 ,各种聚苯硫醚树脂的结晶度 ,及热历程对其结晶行为的影响也有差异 .The rheological property and crystalline properties of different types of poly (phenylene Sulfide) s have been studied with rheometer and DSC. The results show that the linear PPS is not pseudoplastic fluid but expansion fluid, the high molecular PPS and modified high molecular PPS are pseudoplastic fluids and the modified high molecular PPSs tend to flow more Newtonian than do other type PPS, the commonly used PPS flows too fast to obtain the rheology data, and the branched PPS and the oxygen cured/crossed PPS are so viscous that they can not pass the rheometer. In the terms of thermal and crystalline properties, all types of PPSs have different melting point and the crystallinity, the quenching(melt at 300℃and quenched in water) and the heating in the air at 310℃ for 30 minutes have more effects on the commonly used PPS and the branched PPS than on the high molecular PPS and modified high molecular PPS, The crystallinity of the commonly used PPS rises slightly, the crystallinity of the modified high molecular PPS almost has no changes, and the branched PPS become the amorphous.
