长期保存绵羊冻精的解冻活力与受胎效果观察

摘　　要：我国第一批制作的澳洲美利奴公羊颗粒冻精已保存30余年,期间先后进行过多次系列输精试验,其中8次试验结果汇总的平均受胎率为37.69%、平均产羔率114.33%。文章统计了各次试验中不同解冻活力冻精的受胎及产羔情况,数据表明:冻精解冻活力评分每提高0.1分,平均受胎率提高9.32个百分点,平均产羔率提高8.33个百分点。在同等活力水平下,腹腔镜子宫角输精的受胎率明显高于常规输精法,解冻活力水平评分在0.1分、0.2分、0.3分时,2种方法的受胎率分别相差12.18、14.34和29.42个百分点,说明活力好的冻精采取腹腔镜子宫角输精的效果更好。The first batch Australian Merino frozen semen produced in China have been used in artificial insemination in eight different preservation times during more than 30 years,the average fertility rate and lambing rate were 37.69%and 114.33% respectively; the pregnancy rate and lambing rate of frozen semen with different vitalities showed that the average pregnancy rate and lambing rate increased by 9.32 and 8.33 percentage points respectively with every 0.1 increase of semen score;meanwhile, under the same level semen vigor,the conception rates with laparoscopic uterine horn insemination were higher than those with conventional insemination.The differences of the conception rates in the two methods were 12.18,14.34 and 29.42 percentage points while the semen scores were 0.1,0.2 and 0.3 respectively, which indicated that laparoscopic uterine horn insemination could make better semen produce even better effect.
