摘　　要：中性洗涤纤维(NDF)通过刺激反刍动物的咀嚼和反刍,促进唾液的分泌,提高瘤胃缓冲能力,维持瘤胃的发酵功能,对于反刍动物维持瘤胃正常发酵和胃肠道健康具有重要意义。文章论述了中性洗涤纤维的生理营养以及反刍动物中性洗涤纤维需要量的研究进展和研究方法。The neutral detergent fiber stimulates ruminants to chew and ruminate, promotes the secretion of saliva, improves the rumen buffering capacity, and maintains the fermentation function. It has great significance in maintaining normal fermentation and gastrointestinal health of rumen. This paper reviews the recent advances in nutrition mechanism and the requirement of neu- tral detergent fiber in ruminants.
