摘　　要：[目的]总结周郁鸿教授对髓劳病的诊治经验,开拓"髓劳痰论"在髓劳病中的应用,尤其在慢性再生障碍性贫血(Chronic aplastic anemia,CAA)的治疗上经验。[方法]通过临床跟师,总结周师诊治髓劳病之理法方药,即以补肾及祛痰法并用,根据髓劳肾虚的不同阶段,自拟"祛痰补肾汤"随证而投。[结果]临床疗效肯定,部分患者得以脱离输血,维持血象平稳,提升生活质量。[结论"]髓劳痰论"可成为临床指导髓劳病诊治思路,周师自拟方对症施治疗效卓越,值得后人借鉴和传承。[Objective] To summarize Pro.Zhou Yuhong＇s experience in the diagnosis and treatment of ＂Suilao＂,and develop the application of the ＂Phlegm theory in Suilao＂,esp.in CAA.[Method] By learning from professor clinically,I summed up the Pro.Zhou＇s experience on theory,method,formula and herb in treating ＂Suilao＂,namely by combining the methods of tonifying kidney and expelling phlegm,she makes and uses the ＂Expell-Phlegm and Tonify-kidney＂ Decoction under different kidney-deficiency stages of Suilao disease.[Result] The decoction has definite clinical effect,which helps some patients get rid of transfusion,maintain stable in hemogram index and improve life quality.[Conclusion] The ＂Phlegm theory in Suilao＂ can guide clinical diagnosis and treatment of Suilao disease and Pro.Zhou＇s slef-made decoction which has clinical curative effect deserves to be used as reference and inheritance.
