活血通脉汤对高血压病患者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察活血通脉汤对高血压病患者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能(flow mediated dilation,FMD)的影响。[方法]选择2010年1月至2011年12月期间在我院门诊及住院就诊66例高血压病患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组30例,两组皆用厄贝沙坦片,治疗组在此基础上加用活血通脉汤,对比两组治疗后FMD的改变情况。[结果]治疗组治疗后血压下降,反应性充血诱发的肱动脉内径变化率较治疗前明显增加,与对照组相比存在统计学意义差异(P<0.05)。[结论]活血通脉汤可改善高血压病患者FMD及血管内皮功能。[Objective] To observe the Huoxue Tongmai Decoction on flow mediated dilation（FMD） in patients with hypertension.[Methods] Sixty-six patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups;control group（n=30） and treatment group（n=36）.Irbesartan was administered in two groups while Huoxue Tongmai Decoction added only in treatment group.The change of FMD was compared between two groups after treatment.[Results] The change rate of brachial artery induced by reactive hyperemia of the treatment group after treatment was increased significantly compared with the control group,the basic diameter of brachial artery was not statistically significant.[Conclusion] Huoxue Tongmai Decoction can improve the endothelium dependent diastolic function（FMD） and endothelial function of the patients with hypertension.
