原位中厚皮片移植在乳癌根治术中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨原位中厚皮片移植在乳腺癌根治术中的应用价值。[方法]在52例行改良根治术的男女性乳癌腺根治术后皮瓣张力较大需要减张的患者中,行原位中厚皮片移植。[结果]患者植皮成活率为100%,未见大面积皮片坏死,化放疗后皮片未见坏死。[结论]对于在乳腺癌根治术中胸壁皮肤有缺损或者张力较大的患者采取原位中厚皮片移植,简单易行操作方便,术后保持一定功能,皮肤柔软耐磨,值得推广。[ Objective]To observe the application value of normal-position medium thickness skin graft in radical operation of mastocarcinoma.[Method] To 52 cases of radical operation of mastocarcinoma with big flap tension needing reducing tension,make normal-position medium skin graft.[Result] The grafted skin survival rate was 100%,without large skin necrosis,so was after chemical therapy.[Conclusion] To the patients with defected skin or with big tension,to make normal-position medium skin graft is simple and convenient for operation,can keep definite function,soft and wear-resisting,worthy promotion.
