强筋壮骨汤治疗颈腰椎骨质增生的90例疗效分析

摘　　要：[目的]观察强筋壮骨汤治疗颈腰椎骨质增生的临床疗效。[方法]选取我院2008年1月至2012年1月收治的骨科门诊患者180例,按门诊时间、性别随机分为观察组及对照组,各90例。观察组用强筋壮骨汤治疗,对照组用英太青治疗。以10d为1个疗程,3个疗程后依视觉模拟评分法评价疼痛强度及疗效。[结果]VAS评分,两组各自治疗前后比较P<0.05,治疗前两组比较P>0.05,治疗后两组比较P>0.05;观察组总有效率92.2%,对照组总有效率77.8%,P<0.05。[结论]强筋壮骨汤对颈腰椎骨质增生性疼痛及相关症状体征有较好的的临床疗效。[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of cervical and lumbar vertebra osteoproliferation treated with Qiangjin Zhuanggu（reinforce tendon and bone） Decoction.[Method] Select 180 orthopedics patients,randomly divide them into observation and control groups under consulting time and sex,90 cases in each.The observation group was administered Qiangjin Zhuanggu Decoction and the other with Antine,10d as a course;after 3 courses,observe the pain degree and effect with visual imitation score method.[Result] Compare them between before and after treatment,P0.05,so was the observation group comparison before and after treatment,also the comparison between the 2 groups;the total effective rate was 92.2% for observation group,and 77.8% for control group,P0.05.[Conclusion] The Qiangjin Zhuanggu Decoction has good clinical effect on pain and relative symptoms of cervical and lumbar vertebra osteoproliferation.
