糖尿病周围神经病变的针刺补法干预效应观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察毫针补法对糖尿病周围神经病变干预效应。[方法]雄性健康成年SD大鼠23只,采用STZ腹腔注射法诱导糖尿病周围神经病变模型,随机分为空白组,模型组,补法组。空白组和模型组不做任何干预,补法组大鼠自造模后第10天至20天于"足三里"穴位处行针刺补法刺激。测定各组大鼠在造模前、造模后第10天及第20天的右后足痛阈及末梢血糖浓度。[结果]造模后及治疗后,模型组和针刺补法组的末梢血糖水平均明显高于空白组(P<0.05),痛阈水平均明显低于空白组(P<0.05);治疗后,补法组痛阈水平明显高于模型组(P<0.05)。[结论]针灸补法能够明显改善STZ诱导的糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠的痛阈水平。[Objective] To observe the effect of acupuncture tonifying method on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.[Methods] 23 male SD rats were randomly divided into a blank group,control group,and tonifying method group,which were induced to models of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by Streptozocin（STZ,intraperitoneal injection）.The animals of tonfying method group were stimulated by acupuncture tonifying medtod from 10th to 20th day after Streptozocin intraperitoneal injection.The paw withdrawl threshold（PWT） and peripheral blood glucose were detected at the time of before making model,after making model and after treatment.[Results] Peripheral blood glucose of model group and tonigying group were significantly higher than the blank group after making model and treatment（P〈0.05）,and PWT was lower significantly than blank group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,PWT of the tonifying method group was higher than the model group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] Acupuncture tonifying method may improve the pain threshold of STZ induced diabetic peripheral neuropathy model rats.
