摘　　要：目的:研究重铬酸钾(K2Cr2O7)对A549细胞MSH2mRNA及蛋白表达的影响。方法:体外培养条件下用0、1.25×10-6、2.50×10-6及5.00×10-6μmol/L的K2Cr2O7溶液染毒A549细胞24h后,分别用MTT法、Real-timePCR及Westernblot方法检测细胞活性、MSH2mRNA及蛋白的表达。结果:随K2Cr2O7作用浓度的升高,A549细胞活性、MSH2mRNA相对表达量和蛋白表达量均逐渐降低(F=175.040、66.128和33.326,P<0.001)。结论:K2Cr2O7影响A549细胞的损伤修复。Aim：To observe the effect of potassium bichromate on the expression of MSH2 mRNA and protein in A549 cells.Methods：A549 cells were treated with 0,1.25×10-6,2.50×10-6 and 5.00×10-6 μmol/L potassium bichromate for 24 h,then cells survival ability,the expressions of MSH2 mRNA and protein were detected by MTT,Real time PCR and Western blot methods,respectively.Results：Cells survival ability,the MSH2 mRNA and protein expression in A549 cells decreased with the potassium bichromate concentration increasing（F=175.040,66.128 and 33.326,P0.001）.Conclusion：Potassium bichromate can affect the ability of damage repair of A549 cells.
