摘　　要：分析我国沿海防护林体系工程的重要地位,指出工程建设所面临的主要问题,提出了推进工程建设的七项对策措施。The paper analysed the important position of construction project of coastal protective forest system, pointed out major problems for construction project, and put forward the seven countermeasures.
