摘　　要：通过利用稳定、界面友好的地理信息系统软件arcgis来实现林地保护利用规划落界操作,摸索出较为合理的落界操作过程,为今后落界过程提供参考。The arcgis technology was used for defining border in forest land planning on protection and utilization. And the reasonable defining method of forestland border was discussed which provided reference for further operation.
