摘 要:煤仓间布置的位置影响全厂的占地面积和投资,利用我院1000MW机组成熟的设计经验、先进的布置理念和设计思路,结合本工程电厂实际条件,采用先进的三维设计和模块化设计手段,对常规煤仓间两种布置方案(侧煤仓和前煤仓)从容积造价、四大管道造价、对设备、管道布置的影响及对厂区总平面的影响等方面进行详细优化论述,分析了两种煤仓布置的技术特点、经济性和适用性,通过经济技术比较,侧煤仓较前煤仓布置方案节省初投资四千多万。The arrangement of bunker room affects the occupying land area and investment of power plant.Based on the mature design experience,advanced arrangement idea and design consideration as well as the real condition of the power plant,the advanced 3D technique and modular design method were utilized to discuss the price of unit volume and the four major pipelines,the effect of bunker room on equipment,pipe arrangement,main building layout and so on for the two regular bunker room arrangement(boiler-side bunker room and boiler-front bunker room).The technique characteristic,economy and applicability of the two types of bunker room arrangement were analyzed and according to the analysis,the initial investment of power plant decreases about RMB40 million for boiler-side bunker room scheme.
