摘  要:输送气流中含有一定粉尘的离心风机在工业生产中的地位极其重要,含尘风机在运行过程中常常发生积灰现象,导致风机振动而频繁停机进行清灰。针对火电厂锅炉引风机积灰振动这一故障,对射流喷嘴吹扫装置进行了研究。模拟了改变喷嘴角度后的吹扫情况。根据对模拟研究结果分析,得出了风机负荷和喷管流速对最佳吹扫角度的影响。同时得出最佳吹扫效果的角度,有效地防止引风机积灰振动,对电厂安全稳定运行有着重要意义。The centrifugal fan which convey the gas stream containing some dust is very important in industrial production,the fan often fouling during the operation,which lead to fan vibration and frequent downtime for cleaning.According to the problem of thermal power plant boiler fan fouling vibration,the jet nozzle sweep device was studied in this paper.The effects of changing the nozzle angle were simulated.The results were analyzed,the effects of fan loads to the best angle and the effects of nozzle flow to the best angle were obtained.At the same time the best nozzle angle was obtained,dust deposit and vibration of fan was prevented,which have important significance to the safe and stable operation of power plant.
