强制戒毒所内宣传转介促进美沙酮维持治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在强制隔离戒毒所与美沙酮维持治疗门诊之间开展联合宣传转介的效果,为扩大美沙酮维持治疗门诊的覆盖率提供依据。方法通过问卷调查,了解接受宣传后,患者对艾滋病防治知识、美沙酮维持治疗的认知和态度,以及患者出所后参加美沙酮维持治疗的情况,评估在强制隔离戒毒所内开展宣传转介的效果。结果研究组198人,对照组200人。研究组在联合宣传转介后,艾滋病防治知识知晓率、美沙酮维持治疗的态度、出所6个月参加美沙酮维持治疗门诊治疗率,均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论美沙酮维持治疗门诊与强制隔离戒毒所开展联合宣传转介工作,能显著促进患者出所后参加美沙酮维持治疗,提高美沙酮维持治疗门诊的覆盖率。Objective To explore the effectiveness of referral of drug users jointly promoted by methadone maintenance treatment（MMT） clinics and compulsory rehabilitation institutes,and to provide scientific evidence for enlarging coverage of MMT clinics.Methods Questionnaire surveys were conducted among the subjects under compulsory rehabilitation who received publicity about referral to MMT clinics for the purpose of understanding their awareness of AIDS prevention and treatment and their knowledge and attitude towards MMT,as well as their possible participation in MMT after leaving compulsory rehabilitation institutes,so that the effectiveness of publicity of referral within the institutes might be properly assessed.Results After joint publicity,the awareness rate of AIDS prevention and treatment,the attitude towards MMT and the proportion of those participating in MMT in 6 months after leaving compulsory rehabilitation institutes in the study group involving 198 subjects were much improved than in the control group involving 200 subjects,and the difference had statistical significance（P0.01）.Conclusion Referral of drug users jointly promoted by MMT clinics and compulsory rehabilitation institutes could significantly encourage the subjects to participate in MMT after leaving compulsory rehabilitation institutes and thus will increase the coverage of MMT clinics.
