摘 要:基于Pro/E创建了U型起苗刀三维参数化特征模型,根据起苗刀结构、材料、受力情况,利用有限元软件ANSYS对起苗刀进行了静力学分析,获得了起苗刀等效应力、变形和安全系数云图。利用ANSYS软件的优化模块对起苗刀的结构参数进行了多目标优化设计,并得到了令人满意的优化结果,减少了质量和体积,节省了材料,安全系数和总变形量达到设计要求,为同类起苗刀设计提供了一定的参考和理论依据。The 3D parameterized model of U-shape seeding lifter was created based on Pro/E.The finite element statics analysis of the lifter were performed through ANSYS software based on the structured,materials and forces of the lifter,the equivalent stress,total deformation,and safety factor nephogram were obtained.The multi-objective optimization design of the U-shape seeding lifter was made by using ANSYS software,and satisfactory optimization results was obtained.The optimized lifter could reduce the quality and volume,save the materials,and the safety factor and total deformation could meet the design requirements.The optimization design of the U-shape seeding lifter can provide certain reference and theoretical bases for designs of the similar lifters.
