摘　　要：广东省食品药品检验所是国内较早应用实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)的实验室之一,吸引了众多不同行业的实验室前来进行LIMS的调研。对处于LIMS起步阶段的实验室普遍关注的问题,如什么是LIMS、为什么要上LIMS、需要怎样的LIMS、上LIMS的投入、上LIMS的好处和"副作用"、如何提高LIMS项目的成功率等,本文结合作者在LIMS选型、实施、应用、维护的工作实践进行分析并提出建议,以消除这些实验室人员的顾虑并为后面的工作做好更充分的准备。Guangdong Institute for Drug Control（GDIDC） is one of the earlier laboratories which implemented LIMS.Many laboratories from different industries came to GDIDC to inspect and assess the LIMS implementation and operation.Many laboratories which are in the beginning of LIMS project paid close attention to some questions,such as what is LIMS,why we implemented LIMS,what LIMS we should choose,the investment of LIMS,the benefit and harm of LIMS,how to ensure the success of LIMS project,etc.In order to relieve their anxiety and let them make ample preparations for the further work,this paper analyzes the issues and gives some suggestions to the laboratories according to the author’s practice of choosing,implementing,using and maintaining LIMS.
