摘 要:目的探讨在战争条件下,野战心血管急重伤症救治方舱救治肾脏损伤的可行性。方法构建肾脏闭合性及开放性损伤的动物模型,在野战心血管急重伤症救治方舱内,通过超声检查、血管介入影像诊断、栓塞等手段对战争条件下的肾脏损伤实行模拟救治。结果 3只实验动物成功构建肾脏闭合性损伤模型,完成B超快速筛查、血管造影诊断后,明胶海绵栓塞止血成功;3只实验动物成功构建肾脏开放性损伤模型,通过血管造影诊断后,给予球囊封堵止血成功。结论应用野战心血管急重伤症救治方舱介入救治肾脏损伤是可行的,在战争条件下的肾脏损伤救治中可能发挥重要作用。Objective To explore the feasibility of the treatment of renal injury in war conditions through the novel miniature mobile cardiac catheterization laboratory.Methods Blunt and penetrating renal injury models were constructed on dogs.In the novel miniature mobile cardiac catheterization laboratory,sonography,angiographic diagnosis and embolization were performed for the treatment of possible renal injury in war conditions.Results Blunt renal injury models were constructed successfully on three dogs.Transcatheter embolization was successfully performed by using gelatin sponge after sonography and angiographic diagnosis.Penetrating renal injury models were constructed successfully on three dogs.Transcatheter balloon embolization was successfully performed after angiographic diagnosis.Conclusion The preliminary feasibility study of the use of the novel miniature mobile cardiac catheterization laboratory for emergency interventional treatment of dogs with renal injury indicated that it may perform well in the rescue of renal injury in war conditions.
