夫西地酸治疗耐药葡萄球菌肺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察夫西地酸治疗耐药葡萄球菌肺炎临床疗效。方法选择耐药葡萄球菌肺炎患者78例,应用夫西地酸钠0.5 g加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml中,静脉滴注,1次/8 h,60 min滴入,连用10～14 d,观察其临床疗效、细菌清除率、肝肾功能变化、不良反应。结果夫西地酸治疗耐药葡萄球菌肺炎临床治愈率为70.51%,显效率为17.95%,总有效率为88.46%,细菌清除率为70.51%;治疗过程中对肝肾功能无明显影响;无明显不良反应。结论夫西地酸作为一种安全性较高的药物,对耐药葡萄球菌肺炎效果较好。对于老年人和肾功能不良患者,可选择该药治疗。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fusidic acid on treating patients with pneumonia caused by drug-resistant staphylococci.Methods A total of 78 patients with pneumonia caused by drug-resistant staphylococci were treated with Fusidic acid.Results The clinical cure rate was 70.51%,the markedly improvement rate was 17.95%,the total effective rate was 88.46%,and the clearance rate of bacteria was 70.51% after Fusidic acid therapy.The incidence of adverse reaction was few,and it could not result in liver and renal function injury.Conclusion Fusidic acid is effective and safe on patients with pneumonia caused by drug-resistant staphylococci.
