摘 要:催化重整车间芳烃抽提装置热载体泵长期处于低阀位运行,造成系统能源利用率低,浪费严重。同时,由于机泵长期处于高速运转状态,泵端振动居高不下。热载体泵经变频调速改造后,实现了节能,机组振动也明显降低。AThe heat carrier pump used in the Aromatics extraction unit in the catalytic reforming workshop operated under low valve-position for years, resulted in low utility ratio of energy resource and serious waste. Meanwhile, the pump run in a high rotating speed continuously, brought up with a high-level vibration in the pump end. Through the frequency-control speed-regulation rebuilding to the heat carrier pump, the energy-conservation was realized while the vibration was decreased significantly.
