平片式与疝环充填式无张力疝修补术用于腹股沟疝的比较观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨平片式与疝环充填式无张力疝修补术用于腹股沟疝的比较情况。方法:分析我院收治的腹股沟疝患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为平片式组30例和疝环充填式组30例。结果:疝环充填式组手术时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均低于平片式组,疝环充填式组术后发热、切口感染、术后疼痛加剧、术后尿潴留、术后复发率低于平片式组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:疝环充填式无张力疝修补术创伤小,效果好,术后并发症少,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To approach comparative observation of tension free hernia repair by flat sheet and hernia ring filling.Methods：To analyze clinical data of inguinal hernia in our hospital,which was to be divided into flat sheet group 30 cases and hernia ring filling group 30 cases.Results：The operation time、getting out of bed、length of time of hernia ring filling group were lower than flat sheet group,postoperative fever、incision infection、postoperative pain、postoperative urinary retention、postoperative recurrence rate of hernia ring filling group were lower than flat sheet group,P0.05,the difference were statistical significance.Conclusion：The small wound、good effect、less postoperative complications of tension free hernia repair by hernia ring filling,which was to be used.
