无创正压机械通气对慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者动脉血气分析的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨无创正压机械通气治疗慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭疾病的疗效。方法:收集我院在2010年1月-2012年1月收治的80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发呼吸衰竭患者,随机分为两组,每组各40例,一组给予常规综合治疗方法作为对照组,另一组在常规综合治疗方法基础上给予患者应用无创正压通气治疗作为观察组,比较两组疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后3h与治疗后1周的动脉血气分析,治疗组与观察组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无创正压机械通气对于慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发呼吸衰竭患者的动脉血气分析改善较为明显,具有较好的疗效。Objective：To investigate the Curative effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation for COPD complicating respiratory failure.Methods：Collected in our hospital in 2010 January to 2011 June treated 80 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure patients,divided into two groups randomly,40 cases in each group,one group was treated with routine treatment as the control group,the other group in the conventional treatment method was given based on patients with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation treatment as the observation group,two groups.Results：In two group patients after 3H and 1 weeks after treatment of arterial blood gas analysis,treatment group and observation group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure in patients with arterial blood gas analysis and remarkably improved,with better curative effect.
