摘  要:目的:碘海醇属非离子造影剂,通过改良加压法加大剂量注射碘海醇,进行子宫输卵管造影(HSG),检查和治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症,提高输卵管阻塞再通率和受孕率。方法:选择经常规子宫输卵管造影确诊存在输卵管阻塞性不孕症的患者263例,在无麻醉下常规子宫腔内一次性导尿管插管,使用Zentith-1710自动推注系统,加压加大剂量向子宫腔内注射碘海醇进行子宫输卵管治疗性造影。与常规子宫输卵管造影后的受孕率比对分析。结果:经改良加压法注射碘海醇进行子宫输卵管治疗性造影检查,双侧输卵管通畅136例,占51.7%。一年后随访,有128例成功受孕,占48.7%。结论:改良加压、大剂量注射碘海醇检查和治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症,较常规子宫输卵管造影治愈率明显提高,有较高的实用推广价值。Objective:Iohexol is a nonionic contrast medium which can be used in the Modified pressure method of hysterosalpingograph(HSG).But the dose of iohexol was increased when injection.The modified pressure method of HSG widely used in the detection and treatment of tubal obstruction infertility and largely improved tubal occlusion recanalization rate and pregnancy rate.Methods:The presence of tubal obstruction infertility patients diagnosed by conventional hysterosalpingography 263 cases,no anesthesia,routine uterine disposable catheter intubation,using Zentith-1710 automatic bolus system,pressure to increase the dose would like to uterine cavity injection of iohexol the hysterosalpingography treatment contrast,and then analysed and compared with the pregnancy rate with conventional hysterosalpingography.Results:Modified pressure method of hysterosalpingograph(HSG) with injection of iohexol in examining and treatment of tubal obstruction infertility,136 cases of tubal were recanalizationed,accounting for 51.7%.After one year follow-up,128 cases of whom were successful pregnancy,accounting for 48.7%.Conclusion:Compared with conventional hysterosalpingography(HSG),Modified pressure method of HSG with high-dose injection of iohexol significantly improved the recovery rate when using HSG in examining and treatment of tubal obstruction infertility.
