头孢羟氨苄咀嚼片和普通片治疗儿童呼吸道感染的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:对比头孢羟氨苄咀嚼片和普通片治疗儿童呼吸道感染的疗效,分析头孢羟氨苄咀嚼片的治疗优势。方法:选取50例呼吸道感染儿童为研究对象,按照入院顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各25例,观察组患儿给予头孢羟氨苄咀嚼片,对照组患儿给予头孢羟氨苄普通片,观察两种治疗效果,安全性以及患儿及家长接受程度。结果:1.观察组总有效率(84.0%)高于对照组(84.0%),但比较差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。进行各病种间比较发现,观察组急性扁桃体炎治疗有效率为85.71%高于对照组的75.0%,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而急性支气管炎、支气管肺炎和其他呼吸道感染治疗有效率观察组与对照组间比较无明显差异,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2.观察组不良反应发生率8.0%,低于对照组的28.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3.观察组患儿服药后主观感受评分4.2 0.6,高于对照组患儿服药后主观感受评分(2.4 0.5),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与普通片相比,头孢羟氨苄咀嚼片疗效较好、不良反应发生率低,而且方便服用,价格合理,容易被患儿及家长接受。Objective：To contrast the curative effect of cephalosporins hydroxyl ampicillin chewing flakes and ordinary piece for treating children with respiratory tract infection,anf to analysis the therapeutic advantage of cephalosporins hydroxyl ampicillin chewing flakes.Methods：The 50 cases of respiratory infection children were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group every 25 cases according to the order of hospital.The observation group was given to cephalosporins hydroxyl ampicillin chewing flakes treatmentm,the control group was given to hydroxyl ampicillin ordinary sheets treatment.We observed the therapeutic effect,safety and accept degree of children and parents.Results：1.The total effectiveness of observation group（88.0%） was higher than those in the control group（84.0%）,and comparing statistical significance（P0.05）.The comparison between the disease,the total effectiveness about acute tonsillitis therapy of the observation group（85.71%） was higher than the control group（75.0%）,and comparing statistical significance（P0.05）;And the total effectiveness differences about acute bronchitis,bronchitis and other respiratory infections therapy were no significant between the observation group and control group,comparing statistically significant（P0.05）.2.The adverse reaction rate of observation group（8.0%） was lower than control group（28.0%）,and comparing statistical significance（P0.05）.3.The subjective feeling score after taking of observation group（4.2±0.6） was higher than those in the control group（2.4±0.5）,comparing statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with ordinary piece,cephalosporins hydroxyl ampicillin chewing flakes has better effect,and lower adverse reactions,convenient use and price moderate,which is accepted easily by children and parents.
