摘　　要：目的:探讨完善的手术室护理干预在膝关节镜下半月板手术中的应用效果。方法:将我院2009年8月-2011年10月收治的膝关节镜下半月板手术的患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予我院手术室常规护理,实验组患者给予手术室完善护理干预,比较两组患者的手术时间,患者手术期间的安全感和对其护理工作的满意度。结果:实验组患者经过我院的完善手术室护理干预,患者手术时间缩短,其手术中感觉更加安全和舒适,对我院护理工作的满意度也更高,与对照组比较有显著差异,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:对膝关节镜下半月板手术患者采用我院完善的手术室护理干预可以取得更好的效果,值得在临床上应用。Objective：To explore the effect of operating room nursing intervention to knee arthroscopic meniscus surgery.Methods：Knee arthroscopic meniscus surgery patients admitted to hospital from August 2009 to October 2011 were randomly divided into two groups,control group patients were given routine care,the experimental group were treated with the operating room nursing intervention.Compared operation time,sense of security and satisfaction to nursing work.Results：The experimental group after hospital operating room nursing intervention,the operation time shorter,feel more secure and comfortable during surgery,satisfaction to care was higher compared with the control group,P0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：Knee arthroscopic meniscus surgery with perfect hospital operating room nursing intervention may achieve better effect,it worth clinical applications.
