摘　　要：目的:探讨内镜治疗上消化道黏膜下肿瘤的护理效果。方法:回顾分析、总结在我院内镜治疗上消化道黏膜下肿瘤的50例患者的临床治疗护理效果。结果:50例患者经过治疗护理,均痊愈出院,且在手术围术期及住院期间无一例穿孔或出血发生,1例出现腹痛、腹胀等消化道症状,采取对应治疗后好转。结论:内镜治疗上消化道黏膜下肿瘤较传统手术具有微创优势,在治疗充分做好围术期及术后护理,可达到满意的治疗护理效果。Objective：To discuss the endoscopic treatment of submucosal tumors of upper digestive tract nursing effect.Methods：A retrospective analysis of our hospital,summed up in the endoscopic treatment of submucosal tumors of upper digestive tract in 50 cases of patients with clinical therapeutic effect.Results：50 patients after treatment,recovered,and in operation in perioperative period and during hospitalization were no perforation or hemorrhage,1 cases abdominal pain,distension and other gastrointestinal symptoms,take corresponding recovered after the treatment of.Conclusion：Endoscopic treatment for upper gastrointestinal submucosal tumors compared with traditional operation has the advantages in the treatment of minimally invasive,do a good job of perioperative and postoperative nursing,it can achieve satisfactory therapeutic efficacy and nursing.
