某院中心药房2009～2011年呼吸系统口服药物使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的调查本院中心药房呼吸系统口服药物使用规律。方法对本院中心药房2009～2011年呼吸系统口服药物使用频度进行统计分析。结果呼吸系统口服药物整体数据及其平喘药、祛痰药、复方化学药制剂3种分类每月总DDDs的年变化趋势基本一致,各月份增长环比基本一致。结论本院中心药房口服呼吸系统药物用药频度于2009～2011年存在规律,可应用于该类药物库存管理。Objective To investigate the application rules of oral respiratory drug in center pharmacy.Methods The oral respiratory drug use frequency from year 2009 to 2011 in center pharmacy were statistically analyzed.Results Antiasthmatic drugs,antiasthmatic expectorant drugs,compound chemical medicine preparation monthly total annual DDDs trend was identical,sequential growth in each month were basically the same.Conclusion There are rules of oral respiratory medication frequency from year 2009 to 2011 in the center pharmacy,and the rules can be applied to the drug inventory management.
