摘  要:夹送辊作为中厚板滚切式双边剪的重要组成部分,对钢板的剪切质量,特别是纵向边部平直度,起着关键性的作用。在实际生产中,由于影响因素众多,常常出现钢板纵向边部的弯曲,即"跑偏"现象。为提高剪切质量,分析了双边剪夹送辊装置的主要结构特点,指出了常用机械装置的不足之处,设计了新型楔形块调整机构,并阐述了调整机构的用途、结构及操作方法。实践证明,应用该机构可取得良好的效果,可在生产中快速调整消除钢板的跑偏现象,快速地改善钢板边部平直度指标。As very important components of the piwch rolls for a double-side trimmer for medium plates, the pinch roils play critical roles for the cutting quality, especially for longitudinal side flatness. In actual production, due to various factors there is often longitudinal side curvature of steelplates, namely running deviation. In order to improve the cutting quality, the main structural characteristics and shortcomings of common pinch rolls equipments are analyzed. A new adjustment mechanism with wedge blocks is designed and its usage and structure and operating method are detailed. The production practice proves that good effects can be obtained by the adoption of the said adjustment equipment. Running deviation can be eliminated rapidly in production and longitudinal side flatness can be improved rapidly.
