摘　　要：由于重型板式给矿机原托轮使用寿命短,备件消耗量大,给设备维护及设备稳定运行带来较大影响,通过对托轮进行受力分析及其结构形式进行改造,大大延长了该托轮的使用寿命和更换周期,带来明显的经济效益和环境效益,减少了维护工作量,为矿机的稳定运行提供了保障。Because the original supporting rollers of the heavy plate - type delivering ore machine were used in a short lifetime and spare parts were consumed largely, it brought worse influence to equipment maintenance and stable running. Through the mechanics analysis and structural reform, the lifetime and replacing period of the supporting rollers are prolonged greatly, which bring obvious economic and environmental benefits and reduce work- load of maintenance. The important is to ensure the stable running of the delivering ore machine.
