摘　　要：目的探讨暴发性1型糖尿病诱发的横纹肌溶解症及对肝脏功能的影响。方法对1例病人肝功能等指标进行了动态观察，并在超声引导下进行肝脏等组织穿刺取检组织学检查。结果肝功能明显异常。其中，门冬氨酸氨基转移酶最高达正常值上限92倍，丙氨酸氨基转移酶最高达正常值上限32倍。且持续时间较长（超过2周）。组织学检查可见肝脏、肾脏、骨骼肌形态学明显改变。结论该病病情凶险。其导致的肝功能损害不仅是功能性的，还有器质性改变，为今后的诊治提供了检验及组织学依据。Objective The liver function change of rhabdomyolysis with fulminant type 1 diabetes. Methods Dynamic obser- vation of one patient＇s liver function indicators, and ultrasound-guided puncture examination with histological examination of the liver tissues. Results The showed abnormal liver function. Among them,aspartate amino transferase up to 92 times of the upper limit of normal,alanine aminotransferase up to 32 times the upper limit of normal. And longer duration （more than 2 weeks）. Histological examination showed liver,kidney,skeletal muscle morphology change significantly. Conclusion The disease is dangerous. The liver dysfunction is not only functional, as well as organic changes. The purpose of this study is for future diagnosis and treatment.
