摘 要:目的研究高校教师心理健康状况和人格特征之间的关系,探索个体稳定的人格结构对个体的心理健康的影响机制。方法采用SCL-90和EPQ对齐齐哈尔市1 000名高校教师进行问卷测试。结果高校教师心理健康检出率为37.1%,研究结果显示:我市高校教师心理健康水平不容乐观;高校教师心理健康的各因子和人格各维度均有显著相关关系且人格特质对心理健康总分有显著的回归效应,其中内外向对心理健康水平的预测作用最大。结论加强高等院校教师群体心理健康维护教育,尤其注重外向人格的塑造,强化教师群体对环境的适应能力,提高高校教师的心理健康水平,促进教师群体健康成长,促进教师的职业发展。Objective To research college teachers mental health and personality traits, and to explore the relationship between the individual personality of stable structure of individual mental health impact mechanism. Methods Using SCL--90 and EPQ scales to test 1000 vocational freshmen of Qiqihar city college teachers mental health. Results The results showed that more than37. 1%. College teachers' psychological health level was not optimistic. The factors of psychological health and personality dimensions were significantly related to mental health and the total score of the personality effect significantly, and returned to the psychological health of the prediction effect. Conclusions In college, we should strengthen college teachers mental health education and the outgoing personality mold. Especially on strengthening college teachers' ability to adapt to the environment, improve the level of higher vocational college teachers' psychological health, and promote the healthy growth of all the college teachers.
