超声介入治疗囊肿患者的护理干预

摘　　要：目的探讨超声介入治疗患者的护理方法。方法对115例囊肿患者在超声引导下进行无水酒精注射治疗。治疗前对患者进行疾病相关知识的介绍,治疗中指导患者如何配合,治疗后给予患者健康指导。结果 115例囊肿患者,出现颜面潮红、心率加快、血压升高的11例,治疗区强烈疼痛的6例,治疗中囊内出血的2例,通过适当的治疗及护理措施,患者的症状都得到了缓解或消失。结论超声介入治疗技术经过几十年的发展,已经广泛应用于临床疾病的诊断和治疗,尤其是囊肿患者的治疗上,将是今后主要的治疗方式,而先进的治疗方法必须有相应的护理干预来保障治疗效果,如果能做到个体化护理干预,护理效果会更好,需要我们在今后的工作中继续完善。Objective To discuss methods of nursing care of interventional ultrasound in the treatment of patients.Methods On 115 cases of patients with cysts on ultrasound-guided ethanol injection therapy.Introduction to knowledge about diseases before treatment to patients,treatment of patients how to cope with,give health guidance to patients after treatment.Results 115 cases of patients with cysts,appears excessive blushing,heart rate speed up,11 cases of elevated blood pressure,treatment of 6 cases of strong pain,2 cases of capsule in the treatment of hemorrhage,through appropriate treatment and care measures,the patient＇s symptoms eased or disappeared.Conclusions Technology of ultrasonic interventional therapy through decades of development has been widely used in clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases,especially cysts on the patient＇s treatment,will be the primary means of treatment in the future,and advanced treatment methods must have the appropriate nursing intervention to guarantee treatment effect,if got individualized nursing intervention,care would be better,we need improve in future.
