归因干预对老年原发性高血压患者药物治疗遵医行为的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨归因干预对老年原发性高血压患者药物治疗遵医行为的影响作用。方法将220例老年原发性高血压患者按入院顺序先后随机分为研究组110例和对照组110例。研究组在常规抗高血压药物治疗的同时给予归因干预措施,对照组只给予常规抗高血压药物治疗,分别应用Morisky-Green测评表(MG),评价两组患者药物治疗的遵医行为,并比较两组患者的血压控制情况。结果研究组老年原发性高血压患者药物治疗遵医行为好的百分率为79.09%,对照组老年原发性高血压患者药物治疗遵医行为好的百分率为59.09%,两组比较,χ2为10.30,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组患者血压控制情况明显好于对照组,两者比较,U值分别为5.24、4.88,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论归因干预能明显提高老年原发性高血压患者药物治疗的遵医行为,从而有效地控制患者高血压,降低高血压危害,达到提高患者生活质量的目的。Objective To explore the affection purpose for the attribution interference to the following medicine treatment physician action of the elderly patients suffered from the original high blood pressure.Methods 220 cases of the patients suffered from the elderly original high blood pressure were divided into 110 cases as the research group and 110 cases as control group in the hospital in order at random.The research group used normal high blood pressure resistance medicine for the treatment and also attribution measure interference but the control group used normal high blood pressure resistance medicine for the treatment only.So two groups of the patients were separately measured for the Morisky-Green（MG）to assess the following physician action of the medicine treatment for the comparison of the blood pressure control situation of two groups patients.Results The following physician action of the medicine treatment of the research group is better in the percentage of 79.09% but the following physician action of the medicine treatment of the control group is better in the percentage of 59.09% for the comparison of two groups.The χ2 value is 10.30 and the difference has statistic meaning（P0.01）.The blood pressure control situation of the patient of the research group evidently is better than that of the control group for the comparison so the U value is 5.24 and 4.88 separately and the difference has statistic meaning（P0.01）.Conclusions The contribution interference can evidently improve the following physician action of the medicine treatment of the elderly patients suffered from the original high blood pressure so as to control high blood pressure,reduce the harm of the high blood pressure to reach the improvement of the patients in living quality as the purpose.
