流程名片在骨科优质护理服务中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨流程名片在优化服务流程及内涵中的应用效果。方法设计流程名片,从入院开始护士把流程名片发放给500名住院病人。结果患者知晓入院及出院的流程,提高了护理质量。结论对患者实施关怀,是对护理工作者的基本要求;流程名片的使用,可督促护理人员履行优质护理服务内容,缓解患者的焦虑心理,融洽护患关系,提高了患者的满意度。Objective To explore the function of the process business card in high quality nursing service.Methods Nurses were given the process business cards designed ahead to 500 patients from the day they＇re in hospital.Results Patients knew the process of admission and discharge,and we improved the quality of nursing.Conclusions Taking care of patients is the basic requirement of nurses.And using process business cards can keep nurses to fulfill the obligation of high quality nursing service and relieve the anxiety of patients to make the relationship between patients and nurses more harmonous.
