笑气吸入联合术前含化米索前列醇用于人工流产中的护理观察

摘  要:目的探讨笑气吸入联合术前米索前列醇在施行人工流产中的镇痛效果,通过对受术者做好有效的术前、术中、术后心理护理,达到减少人流并发症的发生率。方法将2008年1月~2009年5月在本中心门诊进行笑气吸入联合术前米索前列醇含化施行人工流产术600例为研究组(A组),并以同期的600例术前只用米索前列醇含化施行人工流产术作为对照组(B组),方法与A组相同,观察两组的镇痛、宫口松弛、出血量和副反应。结果 A组镇痛显效率和宫口松弛显效率明显优于B组(P<0.01),A组出血量和副反应与B组相比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论笑气吸入联合术前米索前列醇含化应用于人工流产术镇痛效果确切,操作简便,安全,经济,副反应少,其中护理配合默契,心理护理到位是手术顺利进行的关键。Objective To investigate inhaling nitrous oxide joint preoperative analgesic effect of misoprostol in induced abortion,and make effective surgery by the surgeon prior to surgery postoperative psychological care to reduce abortion complications occurrence rate.Methods From January 2008 to May 2009,inhaling nitrous oxide combination of preoperative misoprostol containing of the purposes of abortion in the center outpatient study group(A) and 600 cases to the same period 600 cases of preoperative only misoprostol containing the purposes of induced abortion as a control group(B),group A,to observe the two groups in the analgesic,cervix relaxation,the amount of bleeding and adverse events.Results Group A significant efficiency and cervix relaxation efficiency was significantly better than in group B(P0.01),compared to the A group,the amount of bleeding and adverse events with group B,the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusions Nitrous oxide inhalation misoprostol containing joint preoperative analgesic used in artificial abortion has following effects: precise,easy operation,safety,economy,fewer side effects;nursing care cooperation and suitable psychological care must be the key to the successful operation.
