摘  要:【目的】调查分析军队医院护理文职人员职业生涯规划情况,为提高护理文职人员管理水平做好护理文职人员的职业生涯规划指导工作提供理论依据。【方法】采用整群抽样法选取天津地区部分军队三甲医院护理文职人员129名,采用自行设计的调查问卷对其职业规划情况进行调查并计算相应的频数和率。【结果】调查显示79.3%的军队医院护理文职人员具有较好的自我认知,能自觉制定职业生涯规划,但其规划存在模糊、可行性差等问题,79.0%的军队医院护理文职人员不能根据个人情况和环境的改变及时调整职业生涯规划,50.0%的军队医院护理文职人员对目前的职称评定、晋升机制及薪酬待遇不十分满意。【结论】军队医院护理文职人员职业生涯规划和实施规划的能力有待提高,对现有管理制度及有关法规政策了解不充分。[Objective] To investigation the civilian nurses career planning for providing a theoretical basis for the case, and for improving the management level of civilian nurses, and guidance. [Methods]A total of 129 civilian nurses in some military 3A hospitals in Tianjin were enrolled in this study cluster sampling method. A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate their career planning. [Results] 79.3% of civilian nurses had better self-awareness, could consciously develop a career development plan, but their career planning was faint and irrealizable, 79.0% of them could not adjust their career planning timely.50.0% of them were not very satisfied with current titles, mechanisms for promotion and remuneration. [Conclusion]Civilian nurse needs improve their ability of career planning and they do not understand the systems of nursing management sufficiently.
